Would you like to return a product?
If our product does not meet your expectations, you can use our money-back guarantee within the first 100 days of receiving the product and you will get your money back. NOTE: Personalized products are not returnable.
We will cover the return costs.
To do this, simply log in to your Betolz customer account using the email address you provided when ordering: Customer account
You can then easily select the items you would like to return. You will then receive the return label by email.
Note: Returns via the Betolz customer account are only accepted from Germany. If you would like to register a return from another country, please contact our support (see below).
You can't return your order via your Betolz customer account?
Simply send us an email to kundenservice@betolz.com with the word " Return " + your order number (which you received in the order confirmation email).

We will then send you a return slip by email.
